Cannot download b09hzwsn

GiP 3.07 on Windows 10 x64. When I try to download this pid (UK Snooker
championship round 2 highlights part 2), it comes back with "no streams
found". If I use --info on this pid, I can see that GiP doesn't find any
available modes:

I wonder whether you were trying a tad too early. There's a whole
stack of modes available now.

Yep, often live programmes can take a while to be encoded and made
available, and there seems to be a queue so less popular ones might take
longer. Also, I think the lower resolution modes can appear first; they
would complete conversion sooner if started at the same time as the
other modes. So your download can succeed if it's "good enough" for the
range get_iplayer has been told is acceptable, but not as good as you
would achieve if you waited longer.

I agree that lower resolution modes sometimes appear first. The last part
of the day can also be slower to appear than earlier parts, which can be
frustrating if that's the part you want to watch to find out who won.

Yes, that was the problem. But I could download it fine with iPlayer on
my phone at the same time as GiP was not seeing any modes...

I *think* a `--get --pid $pid' searches for $pid through the existing,
already downloaded, cache of what's available. It could be that cache
was too old to include the last _Pot Black_, but not old enough to be
automatically refreshed. The `--refresh' option forces that for this
week and previous weeks IIRC.

Maybe there was a delay in making it available. When I
try –pid=b09hzwsn --info a large number of modes are listed. If I download
it with hlshd1 I get
INFO: 0 matching programmes
but get_iplayer then goes on to download it.
